HOTEL
Book your room before October 3, 2012 to get the conference rate.
The conference hotel is the Caribe Royale Orlando.
The conference rate is $139.00 per
night (plus tax), available to SCOPE attendees until
October 3, 2012 on a first-come, first-served basis, or until the room
block is filled. After October 3, 2012, the prevailing rates will apply
pending availability. Note: For those of you looking to extend your stay beyond the conference dates, the conference rate will be honored three days prior to or following the conference, pending space
availability.
Hotel guarantee/cancellation policy: All
reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit,
guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations must be canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will
be given for cancellations after that time. No-shows will be charged
for one night’s room rate plus tax.

TRANSPORTATION
The Caribe Royale Orlando is located 15 miles SW of the
Orlando, FL airport (MCO) and 10 miles NE of the Kissimmee, FL Airport
(ISM).

PARKING
SCOPE has arranged for complimentary self-parking for attendees.
CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Attire for all SCOPE events is business casual. Rooms are
air-conditioned and evening temperatures can be chilly, so we recommend
carrying a jacket or light sweater for your comfort. Average
temperatures for Orlando in October range from 65°F to 85°F.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

Before September 20, 2012-- 100% refund
By September 27, 2012-- 75% refund
By October 1, 2012-- 50% refund
